The Love of All Things Great in Moab inspired Pit Master, Craig Saleeby to relocate and open his BBQ Shack in the heart of downtown Moab, Utah.
(besides the amazing beauty, climbing, biking, off-roading and simplicity of life).
Born and raised in North Carolina (The heart of BBQ), he began his career working that the famous OT’s BBQ in Raleigh more than 30 years ago and since followed and apprenticed under several BBQ influences throughout the state and established a reputable Whole Hog Catering Company in Colorado.
